One of North Beach’s oldest cocktail lounges, running since 1933 on Stockton St, where the neon sign has become its own landmark. Martinis, gimlets, Negronis, and cold beer, the menu leans classic and stays there, in a dim-lit room that fills up with a mix of neighborhood regulars and anyone who walked in because of the sign.
