Rum gets a Japanese lens here. Miso orgeat, yuzu, lemongrass shochu, and aged sake swapping in for the usual tiki tropics. The room commits fully to the bit with bamboo, thatch, low light, and an octopus logo stamped on just about everything that hits the table. Small plates run Polynesian-Japanese. Li’l Octopus Karaage, Spam Musubi, and a $69 Pu Pu Platter built for whoever showed up hungry.
