South Bay's first serious tiki bar occupies a cavernous space on Pier Plaza with a 14-foot carved tiki door, fire-pit booths, and cocktails that subtly nod to Trader Vic's. Premium rums, crab rangoon, and macadamia mahi mahi round out a menu built for lingering. Or at minimum, ordering the firecracker shrimp twice.
