A steakhouse inside the original Bank of America vault at 555 California, with the reinforced architecture intact and a piano running most evenings in the lounge. The menu covers NY strips and tomahawks from the broiler alongside Potato Pavé Tots loaded with Royal White Sturgeon caviar and a tableside beef tartare with black truffle vinaigrette. Guests choose their own steak knife on arrival.
Happy hour runs Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri, 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
