A shoji-clad sushi room on the third floor of Weller Court mall. Spare, very still, and built around dry-aged Edo-style nigiri. Kelp-cured snapper, sea bream dotted with yuzu kosho, and iwashi rolls in shiso and paper-thin daikon anchor the dinner menu; the 15-course lunch omakase at $110 on weekdays may be the best-value sushi in the neighborhood.
