In spite of it's rather generic name, here's a traditional Japanese sushi bar where the daily fish selection is top-notch. The chef's tasting course ($60) moves through a dozen pieces, from albacore sashimi and yellowtail to stuffed squid and a blue crab handroll to close. Walk-in only, Tuesday through Saturday, with the market-price omakase for anyone who wants the kitchen to take it further.
