Polished wood paneling, hand-laid mosaic tile floors, and a 6-by-16-foot Maxfield Parrish painting fill the back wall of this cocktail bar inside the Palace Hotel. The signature cocktail list runs classic (the Mad Men Martini, an Old Fashioned, a Whiskey Sour) alongside a whiskey selection deep in American, Irish, Japanese, and Scottish bottles. The dinner menu adds a Pied Piper Smash Burger made with house-made wagyu and Point Reyes Tomarashi cheese.
