Oysters from both coasts land daily at the long concrete bar, backed by a wall-sized saltwater fish tank that makes the whole room feel somewhere between a seafood temple and a very stylish aquarium. Outside, live oaks stretch over one of South Congress’s best patios while the menu moves from towering raw bar platters to grilled redfish on the half shell and other Gulf Coast staples done properly.
