Brooklyn's IPA cathedral since 2014, with twenty-odd taps pouring hazy doubles, imperial stouts, and whatever experimental batch just came off the canning line ten feet away. Green Diamonds, their imperial IPA with peach and passionfruit notes, is the flagship, but the rotating stouts with coffee and maple syrup are the sleeper picks.
