Tucked into Torrance’s industrial sprawl, this taproom is where hop obsessives and saison dorks collide under string lights and steel beams. They pour everything from ultra-juicy DDH IPAs to “Belgian-ish” blondes, and food trucks rotate through the lot so you can match your beer with fries, tacos, or whatever the truck’s dishing that day. The staff nerd out on hop combos, the patio is dog- and kid-friendly, and the crowd leans equal parts beer pilgrims and locals passing through.
