Alibi Room is where Mar Vista goes to get a little buzzed and a little messy—in the best way. The bar’s got that cozy, dimly lit thing down, but the real move is pairing your craft cocktail with short rib tacos, kimchi quesadillas, or a burrito the size of your forearm (thanks, Kogi crew). It’s dive-ish but polished, loud-ish but lovable, and always full of locals who know better than to gatekeep a good thing. Come for the beer, stay for the Korean-fusion-induced hangover.
