Texas memorabilia and mismatched vintage furniture give Marfa Lights its character, though the cocktail menu is more inventive than the decor initially suggests. The Dr Pickle—Dr Pepper, spiced rum, and a pile of pickles spilling from a Styrofoam cup—is the signature drink and far better than it sounds. An espresso martini with mole bitters and a sangrita-tequila pairing round out a menu that rewards a little curiosity.
