Marble mosaic floors, wood-panelled walls, artwork on every surface, and a vintage piano — it's the Hotel Chelsea as it's always been, with a cocktail program to match. The 1884 Martini (gin, cedro lemon, vetiver, Spanish olive oil) is the house signature, and the bar also pours the Dukes Martini and Singapore Sling, lifted directly from the hotel bars that inspired them.
