The Prospect Heights follow-up to Williamsburg breakfast legend Egg, Little Egg keeps the original’s farm-to-table ethos but feels a little more neighborhoody. Come for the fluffy local-grain pancakes, Eggs Rothko, or the excellent Egg Katsu Sando—essentially a crispy, panko-coated egg patty with yuzu-kosho mayo—and stay for the cozy, lived-in charm.
