A hotel bar inside the St. Regis with a Maxfield Parrish mural spanning the back wall and a claim to the Bloody Mary's American debut, rechristened here as the Red Snapper. Cocktails are classics: Martinis, Manhattans, and the Red Snapper itself, made with Stolichnaya, tomato juice, and a measured amount of spice. Arrive before 6pm on a weekday and the mural is nearly all yours.
