Three bars, three obsessions: martinis, whiskey, and wine, each treated with the kind of focus usually reserved for standalone destinations. The whiskey shelf has a section called "Once in a Lifetime" with bottles almost impossible to find outside of private collections. Food runs from Wagyu corndogs to "Foie Gras Home-Run Balls," with dinner starting in a Korean banchan-style spread of shared small plates.
