A dark, intimate bar in Maiden Lane — the pedestrian alley off Union Square — with mural walls, Victorian stained-glass booth windows, and a cocktail list built around infusion and time: the English Breakfast runs gin through a slow Earl Grey drip, the barrel-aged Negroni gets months in wood before it reaches the glass. Ritual Coffee runs the morning shift from 7:30am; cocktails take over at noon.
