About Faicco's Italian Specialties

Faicco's has been hand-making sausage at 260 Bleecker since 1900, back when the West Village actually was a village and Italian pork stores occupied every other block. The sweet Italian links are still made in-house, the porchetta is slow-roasted and sold by the pound, and the meatball sandwich on a seeded roll has become one of those quietly unresolvable neighborhood debates. One of the last of its kind in New York City.
