The only locally owned spot on Pier 16, wedged between the tall ships of the South Street Seaport Museum. The lobster roll is the move. Cold, buttery, and worth the $34 when you're eating it on a deck with actual harbor views. Weekdays are calmer; come summer, the outdoor tables fill fast.
