A modern Indian restaurant in a cavernous warehouse where the chili-cheese kulcha arrives looking like Neapolitan pizza, the mushroom biryani is sealed under pastry and cracked open tableside with a puff of steam, and the giant tandoori prawn comes wrapped in naan. Also order the Shakarkandi Chaat. Sweet potato charred in the tandoor, with yogurt ice cream and tamarind pearls on top.
