The table at Borit Gogae barely leaves room for your elbows: barley rice, warming soups, and a rotating spread of banchan arrive all at once, filling every inch before you've even had a chance to read the menu. The set is for two at minimum, and adding LA galbi or bossam turns it into the kind of Korean feast that requires a strategy. The spicy marinated crab is the reason regulars return, deeply fermented and unapologetically bold in a way that tastes closer to someone's home kitchen than a restaurant.
