A thin-crust-only artisan pizzeria where each named pie is a fixed combination: the Mayor's Mistress (pepperoni, Italian sausage, organic roma tomato, fresh basil), the Acapulco Gold (ricotta, pecorino romano, grape tomato, arugula, truffle oil), the Dirty Agent (duck and bacon sausage, organic red onion). No substitutions, no half-and-half. Open Wednesday through Sunday only.
