Bahia Taste hosts a one-day Bahian pop-up at Bar Goyana with live music and a special menu inspired by Bahia's culture and flavors.
Murals of Carmen Miranda and Tarsila do Amaral set the tone, and the signature Goyana cocktail follows through: aged cachaça with fresh pineapple, passion fruit, and a rare vanilla sourced from a family farm in Goiás. Saturdays are the real draw. Roda de Samba takes over, feijoada hits the tables (black beans and pork with rice, collards, farofa) and the whole place tips from restaurant into something closer to a Brazilian block party.
