Saturdays bring La Quercia prosciutto with fresh burrata and fig preserves; Tuesdays it is pastrami with Russian dressing and provolone. And the cheese case and wine shelves reward a slow look. Thursday evenings, winemakers and importers pour their favorites from 5 to 7, close enough to Washington Square to take the whole thing outside.
