A cheesemonger and wine merchant on Grant that has been running the same lean, considered operation since 2011. One sandwich rotates daily. Saturdays bring La Quercia prosciutto with fresh burrata and fig preserves; Tuesdays it is pastrami with Russian dressing and provolone. And the cheese case and wine shelves reward a slow look. Thursday evenings, winemakers and importers pour their favorites from 5 to 7, close enough to Washington Square to take the whole thing outside.
