Charles Ruggiero, Steve Cotter, and Peter Smith play an organ trio set at 1881, with instrumentalists and vocalists welcome to sit in during the second set. $10 at the door.
A dark little jazz den where the drinks are stiff, the crowd’s mixed, and the music hits like a slow pour. Wednesdays mean world jazz, weekends bring vocals or samba, and there’s always a $10 cover keeping things just exclusive enough. Come solo, leave buzzing.
