Baker Ovinloven pops up at Garden Creamery with a pie and ice cream menu featuring strawberry fig leaf, passionfruit cream, and miso caramel apple pie made with corn miso from Shared Cultures. Slices and galettes are available day-of; whole pies are pre-order only.
A small-batch creamery where everything is slow-churned from scratch using seasonal produce and grass-fed organic dairy. Japanese Coffee and Black Sesame are the year-round anchors, but the seasonal flavors built around whatever fruit is selected at market that week are the real reason to keep coming back. A solid vegan coconut sorbet line runs alongside for the non-dairy crowd.
