Thursday, October 22, 2026, 9:30 PM - 12:00 AM ยท Starr Bar, Bushwick, New York City
Brooklyn Against Empire hosts a free open house at Starr Bar where attendees can meet NYC ICE Watch, North Brooklyn DSA, Bushwick Ayuda Mutua and other local groups. A happy hour runs alongside the event.
This is not your average Bushwick watering hole. Social justice isn't just a vibe here. It's literally in the founding mission, baked into every event, art show and open mic. Happy hour runs 5-7 daily so show up early and stay for whatever's happening.
