The 8th annual Off the Hook Seafood Festival takes over Santa Monica Pier with 25+ restaurants, oyster shucking and slurping competitions, and live music. Proceeds benefit Heal the Bay and the Santa Monica Pier Corporation, with VIP entry starting at 3pm.
