Juliet is serving a special Brisket Bolognese made with smoked Texas brisket simmered in house Bolognese sauce over housemade pappardelle. The dish is available at all Juliet locations to celebrate National Pasta Day.
Set inside an old house just off Barton Springs Road, Juliet spreads across a wraparound patio and a maze of small dining rooms that somehow makes the giant menu feel personal rather than overwhelming. The weekend brunch is the draw (unlimited courses served throughout the service) and the calamari with giant fried lemon peels is a fan favorite.
