Larry Crane and producer Tony Visconti discuss Making Music: Conversations with Record Producers at Rough Trade Below on November 3. The talk is free to attend, with the book available for purchase for $32.
Tucked into the street-level corner of Rockefeller Center, Rough Trade Above is the polished face of NYC’s latest record store expansion. It’s all new vinyl first: shiny releases, clean genre-rows, and familiar indie names, and the music smells like possibility. Warm and sharp at the same time. Upstairs here you’ll browse, buy, catch in-store performances, and maybe leave with more than you came for (those record-sleeves hit different in natural light).
