Classical guitarist Luis Villegas debuts his first candlelight concert at Angeleno Wine Co., joined by flamenco dancer Wendy Castellanos and percussionist Adrian Dezera. Original compositions and reimagined favorites performed by candlelight with wine in hand.
A small working winery in a brick building across from LA State Historic Park, where the tasting room feels more like a backyard hang than a show. The wines are all LA-County sourced, vegan, minimal-intervention, and built on rare varietals like Graciano, Tannat, Godello, and Treixadura. Weekends are when this place opens up: flights, folks sharing folding tables, people bringing their own food, getting a lesson in LA’s buried wine history without trying too hard.
