At first glance, it reads like a dark, old-school pub you’d end up in after falling into debt with a dangerous bookie. But head to the back and it opens into a garden that flips the whole thing. The cocktails are precise without being loud about it, and the whiskey list runs deep enough that you’ll start outsourcing your decisions to the bartender by round two.
