Sunday, November 1, 2026, 2:00 AM - 5:00 AM · Akbar, Silver Lake, Los Angeles
DJ Reba Snackentire spins pop diva hits and big gay dance music at Akbar's Halloween night on October 31. There is no cover, and guests can enter the costume contest.
Akbar feels like Silver Lake’s long-standing clubhouse: punk roots, cheap drinks, crowded dance room, mellow front lounge. DJs, drag, sing-alongs, themed nights (Planet Queer, Bears in Space, etc.), the calendar is full, and the vibe is refreshingly all-inclusive. No velvet ropes, no attitude; just a place to show up, move, laugh, maybe stumble out after last call with your shoes half off.
