A weekend-only corner shop on Diamond Street where every bagel is naturally leavened with sourdough and the grain gets milled in-house, the kind of place that started as a bike-powered garage delivery and only recently found a permanent address. The everything comes with chili flakes baked in, the bialys rotate between pickled jalapéños and caramelized onions, and the bagel dog (a spicy hot link wrapped in chewy dough) is the item regulars circle back for. Thursday through Sunday only, 8am until they’re done.
