Chef Greg Frey Jr. of Golden Door joins Chef Ludo for a one-night multi-course dinner celebrating his cookbook, The Golden Door Table. Limited to one seating of 40 guests, each attendee receives a copy of the book.
A 21-seat counter overlooking an open kitchen where Parisian bistro classics get made with scientific precision. The Omelette Petit Trois (Boursin-stuffed, custard-soft) is the move, though the Big Mec (wagyu double cheeseburger with Bordelaise) and French Onion Soup have their zealous factions. Note that tables max at six.
