Gleaming subway tiles, a long built-in bar, and lighting that commits to dim — the Prohibition look is deliberate and it holds up. The drink menu stays short by design: the White Horse (Scotch, house ginger, orange) and the Weather Up Jr. (cognac, amaretto, champagne) are the signatures, and the bartenders fill in the rest from memory. Minimal food, maximum cocktail.
