Tucked inside the landmark Culver Hotel, this jewel-box bar does live jazz, low lighting, and the kind of polished wood-and-brass glow that makes you sit up straighter. On weekends, the band kicks in and suddenly everyone’s two negronis deep, swaying like they’ve been cast in a black-and-white film. It’s equal parts date-night flex and “we cleaned up for this,” with just enough theatrical flair to justify ordering something classic and strong.
