A scrappy cocktail room in a converted garage that has become the de factor pre-BAM show haunt. The house drink is the Trans-Am (rye, apple brandy, and Bénédictine) and it earns its reputation without much effort. The kitchen sends out shrimp toasts with chili, seared skate, and slow-roasted brisket, which are better enjoyed after, not before, the Strindberg play.
