Think pressed tin ceilings, velvet banquettes, and bartenders who can talk rye for 20 minutes if you let them—yet somehow it never feels like homework. It’s equal parts date-night den and “one nightcap” trap, especially once the room fills in and everyone’s holding something brown and stirred.
