A dimly lit den that feels half (Italian restaurant, half) mob boss hangout, complete with leather booths, marble tables, and just enough secrecy to make you check over your shoulder. Dinner starts with pizza and pasta, but by 9pm it’s a velvet-swathed scene of cocktails, celebrities, and people who definitely called their stylist before showing up. Reservation-only, because of course it is.
818 blanco tequila, Cointreau, lime, fresno chili, agave, with a Tajín rim. Zesty and spicy.
Lobster conchiglie with Meyer lemon, fennel, chili, and rich truffle butter.
Whisky, amaretto, lemon. A rich, almondy sour that Clemenza would have loved.
