The Grackle hides one of Austin's deepest whiskey selections inside a dark, unpretentious East 6th dive. There's a covered patio out front, darts and pool inside, and a rotating food truck handling whatever dinner happens to be that day. The bartenders know the whiskey list inside and out, but deliver recommendations with none of the usual whiskey-bar ceremony.
