Inside a 1927 Art Deco hotel on Melrose, The Edmon leans into its bones—original brass, exposed brick, and low light that does most of the work for you. The ginger margarita has a real snap to it, the duck confit tacos land richer than they need to (in a good way), and the patio fills up fast once the lights come on.
