Each cocktail follows a stop along the Silk Road: Siam Sunset (Bangkok, pineapple-pandan foam), Sultan's Delight (Istanbul, Turkish coffee poured from a copper pot), Manhattan Spice (12-year vintage rye and aromatic bitters).
