Take the one-button elevator at the Embassy Suites and step out onto an astro-turf lawn on the third floor. Technically not a rooftop, but the Midtown skyline reads it that way. The cocktails come courtesy of Allen Katz (Dorothy’s Ruby Red (gin, bourbon, grenadine) is the move), and Rooftop Cinema Club runs open-air screenings here all season.
