An East Coast-style pizza counter in Montecito Heights that started as an apartment pop-up the landlord wasn’t supposed to know about. Hence the name. Wide NY-style rounds, a grandma square with mozzarella and basil, and garlic knots, all ranked best pizza in the city by the LA Times, available by the slice from a small counter with a patio out back.
