More than eighty sake varieties span from fruity ginjo to cloudy nigori, alongside shochu cocktails like the Bloody Mariko (shochu, tomato juice) and the Indigo Special (shochu, yuzu, grapefruit, soda). Three decades of customer graffiti cover the walls.
