A Fort Greene staple since 2009, Roman's runs a nightly rotating Italian-American menu divided into firsts, seconds, and thirds—the only constant is the fava bean puree, which exists almost entirely as a vehicle for She Wolf Bakery sourdough bread. Rotating pastas and a reliable roast chicken anchor the mains, and the chocolate sorbetto made with olive oil is the one dessert worth chasing to the end of the night.
