The cocktail menu rebuilds classics, the Purple Tuxedo (Empress gin, absinthe, plum bitters) skews dark and aromatic, while the A La Española pairs apricot-infused gin with chamoy and clarified mango for something entirely its own. Arrive before sunset; the river view is worth the reservation alone.
