Fig leaf tequila and salty whey are the house pantry staples, turned into cocktails that read strange on paper but land clean in the glass: a margarita made with tomatillo brine, a vesper with guava and hazelnut gin. The space has the look of a 70s lounge designed by someone raised on sci-fi paperbacks, which fits the East Village perfectly. Most drinks have a non-alcoholic twin, and walk-ins are welcome.
